VishwaSwasthyam 2026, the Main Conference on “ The Hidden Endocrine Burden: Emerging Frontiers in Integrated Thyroid Care,” was successfully conducted on 9th–10th January 2026 from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm in an online mode. The conference brought together delegates, speakers, and professionals from diverse fields, highlighting the vision of Future Varsity Education Group and Lifeness Science Institute in advancing integrative health. The keynote address by Padmashree Dr. Shashank Joshi provided a comprehensive overview of thyroid disorders and emphasized the importance of combining medical, nutritional, and lifestyle interventions. The scientific sessions covered key areas including mental health and quality of life in hypothyroidism, dietary protocols, pediatric thyroid care, circadian rhythm, Ayurveda, food contaminants, and the role of yoga and exercise. Day 2 focused on emerging topics such as functional foods, ultra-processed foods, weight management, and thyroid health across the female lifecycle, followed by a panel discussion on interdisciplinary approaches and future directions. The conference successfully created a platform integrating endocrinology with nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and traditional systems, reinforcing the need for evidence-based, patient-centered thyroid care.

The conference aimed to address pressing challenges and promote preventive measures for optimising metabolic health through evidence-based information. It catalysed transformative change towards the prevention and management of metabolic disorders, safeguarding health and well-being of the current and future generations.
The event brought together numerous national and international speakers, along with participants from various institutes. The conference featured over 20 scientific sessions covering the latest research and advancements, along with 3-4 panel discussions led by industry pioneers, who addressed critical and current issues in nutrition and dietetics.
