Eligibility:

  • Graduated in any discipline. (Bachelor of Science with specialisation in fields such as Foods, Nutrition & Dietetics, Home Science, Microbiology and related areas shall be preferred).
  • Common university entrance test (Not mandatory).

Learning & Teaching:

Learning emphasises personalised health and nutrition coaching, effective communication, and client engagement. A curriculum builds individualised coaching plans, empowering professionals to deliver transformative wellness outcomes.

Duration: 1 Year (Hybrid learning)

  • Basics of Human Physiology & Anatomy

    A foundational study of how the body is built and how its systems work together to maintain internal balance. The course links everyday lifestyle factors such as food, movement, sleep, and stress to overall physiological health.

  • Pillars of Lifestyle and Fitness

    This subject explains how sleep, stress, exercise, and hydration influence wellbeing. It trains learners to identify common lifestyle issues and recommend simple, effective strategies to improve overall health.

  • Principles of Human Nutrition

    Learners explore the fundamentals of nutrients, energy needs, and how food supports body functions. It builds a strong base for understanding deficiencies, dietary planning, and everyday nutrition choices.

  • Lifecycle Nutrition

    Students learn the unique nutritional needs of individuals from pregnancy to old age. The subject explains how food, lifestyle, and growth patterns shape health across different life stages.
